Refund and return policy. Order cancelation.

thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) may, at its discretion and in writing, allow an order to be cancelled subject to thepowerstore.ie recovering from the Customer the costs incurred by thepowerstore.ie.

In the event of cancellation of part of any order only, thepowerstore.ie may invoice the Customer any difference in selling price per unit applicable to the quantity actually dispatched up to the time of cancellation compared to the quantity ordered.

If you come across any issue with the product that you have bought from thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy), You can request a return as per the conditions of packaging stated below.
The company reserves the right to evaluate the returned product under our return and exchange policy before processing replacement or refund. For some product categories, we may send the item(s) over to the Brand counter service for a quality check before processing the next stage.
The company reserves the right to put the item thorough quality check again before processing the replacement or refund.

The Customer may only return products to thepowerstore.ie, and receive a credit or refund and on the following conditions:

1 The Customer must contact thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) prior to the return of any products and obtain the prior consent of thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork);

2 Return must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation). Products must be returned to thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.

3 Products must be returned to thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: CUSTOMER RETURNS, thepowerstore.ie, JTM Energy, Unit 17 The Village Mill Enterprise Park, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

4 The Customer must quote the invoice details or the thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) RMA reference number on the original dispatch note.

Where the Customer returns products to thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) not in accordance with (1)- (4) above (for example, after 14-days from the date of dispatch or in an unfit state) thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) will refuse delivery and return the products at the Customer's expense or may apply a handling charge which relates to the actual cost of reprocessing.

thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to products in transit from Customer to thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) or for any items received by thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy) with them.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from the of date of return acceptance by thepowerstore.ie (JTM Energy)

In the event of a dispute or any argument, the decision of the company is final.
